Welcome to Colux, a Web-based platform that enables collaborative 3D interior design and space visualization through Web, Augmented Reality (AR), and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies.
Colux allows professionals — including designers, architects, real estate operators, developers, and brands — to create, customize, visualize, and present digital environments and product configurations in immersive formats.
By accessing or using Colux, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Use of the Service

If you use Colux on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

This license does not grant ownership of the software, platform infrastructure, rendering engine, or proprietary technologies used within Colux.
3. Platform Functionality

Product configuration and staging tools
Optional integration with third-party platforms
Colux does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may update, modify, or improve features at any time.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
4.1 User Content
You retain ownership of the designs, layouts, models, assets, and materials you upload or create within Colux ("User Content").
By uploading or creating content, you grant Colux a limited license to host, process, render, display, and transmit such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
4.2 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
You own or have the rights to use any uploaded assets
Your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
Your content complies with applicable laws
Colux is not liable for User Content.
4.3 Platform IP
All rights, title, and interest in and to Colux, including its software, UI, rendering engine, algorithms, branding, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Colux.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use Colux for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Build a competing product using Colux technology
Circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
Interfere with the performance, stability, or security of the platform
Use automated systems to scrape or extract data
6. Fees & Payment
6.1 Subscription Plans
Colux offers subscription-based access and may offer Free and Pro plans.
By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and charges as displayed at checkout.
6.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) unless cancelled prior to renewal.
6.3 Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
7. Termination
Colux reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account:
If you breach these Terms
If your use poses security risks
If required by law
Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colux shall not be liable for:

Errors in rendered outputs
Third-party integrations or device compatibility issues
Use of AR/VR technologies may depend on external hardware, browsers, and network conditions. Colux does not guarantee compatibility with all devices.

Colux may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors, device manufacturers).
Colux is not responsible for third-party services or their terms, policies, or practices.
10. Changes to the Terms
Colux may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of EU
